Participation in the No-Minimum.Com

Your can participation in the No-Minimum.Com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. There is no need to invest any money in no-minimum.com to be a member at any time.

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open all International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

1. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and
2. You may not assume a false identity.
3. You may not assume a false address, false country.
4. You have to use readable fonts(letter type).
5. You must have your own paymentprocessorID.
6. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
7. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing no-minimum.com account.
8. You can not use cloaking devices.
9. You can not use any automated outside software to earn money.


Any other reasons not listed here but with the same intend wil be subject to the same consequenses.

Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. No-Minimum.Com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.Suspended account can be held in the database up to 3 months after being flagged.You can not signup with an other account during this time.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your No-Minimum.Com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You are not allowed to sell your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, abuse, threathening towards managment or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by No-Minimum.Com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.No-minimum.com has the rights to remove people with abuse, racist or any ohter kind of name, nickname, emailadress and so on.

You agree to provide upon any request by the webmaster to deliver proof of your identity. The proof will be delivered the way as requested by the webmaster.This might be copy of passport, utilitybill, phonecheck ssn or any other way requested. Not sending this proof when requested will terminate your account. we do have our privacy act in wich we state not to sell any info.This is for all information requested here as well, the only exception is when the law requires us to hand over the info or in case we press charges for fraud.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up No-Minimum.Com. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with No-Minimum.Com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from No-Minimum.Com. limited to no more than twenty(20) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from No-Minimum.Com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full.We do NOT verify our email adress for so called spam filters, members sending these will be deleted. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and No-Minimum.Com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and No-Minimum.Com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of No-Minimum.Com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.You understand that you do not have to pay any ammount at No-minimum.Com or its representatives in order to be a member of the No-Minimum.com pay to read programm.

Limitation of Liability:

No-Minimum.Com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or No-Minimum.Com program, even if No-Minimum.Com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, No-Minimum.Com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by No-Minimum.Com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the No-Minimum.Com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by No-Minimum.Com. Affiliates will be paid via PayPal / eGold. No-Minimum.Com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by No-Minimum.Com(see the frontpage). Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. No-minimum.com is not liable for any other payment processor accounts other then their own. If we pay your membership earnings to the account you inserted in our payprocessor(we cannot change this either pay to the account or delete the request) and that account is incorrect, in any way blocked and or not accesable for you,No-minimum.Com or it representatives can not be held liable for losses you make.

If and when you think we made a payment and we made a mistake you can ask us politly to investigate. We will do that if and when you are incorrect and there is no fault on our part we will charge a 50% fee on the paid ammount. On the other hand if the mistake is ours we will ad 50% to the ammount requested.The minimum payout ammount is in egold $0.01 (ONE cent) in paypal the minimum ammount is $1,-- ONE dollar. All earnings are subject to investigations off origin. If any earnings are related to funds gained illegal the account will be deleted as per the terms on cheating above.


Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with No-Minimum.Com and may result in legal prosecution. No-Minimum.Com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. No-Minimum.Com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
